14-Day Return Policy

We offer a 14-day return policy from the date of purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return eligible items for a refund or exchange within 14 days of receipt.

Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it. Certain items, such as personalized or customized jewelry, may not be eligible for return unless they are defective or damaged upon receipt.

Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact our customer support team at ata.jalalian@gmail.com within 14 days of receiving your order to request a return authorization (RA) number.
  2. Once you have received your RA number, securely package the item(s) you wish to return, including all original packaging and accessories.
  3. Clearly mark the RA number on the outside of the package.
  4. Ship the package to the address provided by our customer support team. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment used for the purchase. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable, and a restocking fee may apply for certain items.

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item for a different size, style, or color, please follow the return process outlined above and indicate your preference for an exchange. Once your return is processed, we will ship the exchange item to you promptly.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at ata.jalalian@gmail.com so that we can resolve the issue promptly. We may require photographic evidence of the damage or defect for our records.
